30 Day Refresh Program

If you want to get back to basics and reinvigorate your training this is a carefully created program for you to follow. With guided workouts and options for scaling intensity, this is ideal if you need a new regime or hoping to kickstart your fitness. 

 

The online program consists of three at-home workouts a week, two strength focused and one circuit. You access the course through the members area of this website either on your phone, tablet or desktop.

 

The workouts have been designed to compliment each other, taking you through the key movement patterns each week, working upper body, lower body and abdominal muscles in the strength sessions and getting your heart rate up on conditioning day. 

 

The price is a one-off payment of £79 and you can start the course whenever you're ready.

 

I'll be with you to guide you through these full body sessions, leaving you feeling energised, moving better and set to continue building on your fitness journey after the 30 days are over.

What will you need?

I have tried to keep the equipment required to a minimum, whilst taking you through as many exercises and movement patterns as possible. I used dumbbells ranging from 6-10kg, kettlebells from 8-14kg and a heavy resistance band for hips and glutes. You will also need a skipping rope, chair/bench (when sitting your knees should be at a 90 degree angle) and a mat for some floor work. I scale the exercises in case your weights are on the lighter or heavier side.
