6 WEEK PROGRAMME - STARTING JANUARY 6TH 2025
What is involved?

A 6 week guided programme to help kick start 2025 with effective and enjoyable workouts to complete at home.

You will receive a welcome pack with guides to the sessions, nutrition, steps etc to maximise your experience and results.

Each week there will be 2 x LIVE Classes + 1 x Pre Recorded Workout to complete as well as conditioning workouts.

The goal is to train a minimum of 4 x per week following the well planned full body workouts that can be scaled to your ability.

You will have a calendar to follow knowing what should be completed on each day.

Access to me on WhatsApp to keep you accountable and for any questions you have along the way.

The workouts will be 35-45mins long, strength focused.

Conditioning sessions require a cardio machine (ski erg, rower, bike or treadmill) or running outdoors. The series can be completed successfully without the conditioning - these sessions are recommended but not essential.

Minimal equipment required - Dumbbells Only!

Beginners - intermediates. The workouts can be scaled to suit your ability.
