These classes will include a quick warm up and then straight in to the exercises. To maximise the allocated 30mins, please complete cool down stretches after the class. I will use 2 x 10kg dumbbells so ideally you will have 2 x dumbbells that are the same weight (recommended between 6-12kg). Bodyweight exercises will be included, please use a mat, have water to hand and sometimes you will need a sturdy chair. Enjoy!
